Welcome to 2nd debut furniture. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 2nd debut furniture. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We are a consignment store powered by Shopify, offering a curated selection of second-hand and vintage items.

SECTION 1 - SECOND-HAND ITEM CONDITION 
All items sold by 2nd debut furniture are pre-owned. While we carefully inspect and clean every piece to ensure it is in good to like-new condition, customers should expect minor signs of previous use. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will reflect the exact color or texture of the physical item.

SECTION 2 - SALES AND PRICING

  • "As-Is" Sales: All items are sold in their current condition.
  • Pricing: Prices in our online store may differ from our physical location. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items at any time without notice.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we change or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

SECTION 3 - CONSIGNMENT DYNAMICS 
Our inventory consists of items owned by third-party consignors. Because of this unique business model:

  • Items are available for a limited time.
  • Once an item is sold and the return window (if applicable) has passed, the consignor is paid, and the sale is considered final.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND PICKUP 
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external delivery services. Once an item is handed over to a carrier or picked up by the customer, the responsibility for the item’s safety passes to the buyer. For local Houston area deliveries, please contact the store directly to coordinate.

SECTION 5 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2nd debut furniture shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of any products purchased through our services. Our products are provided "as-is" without any express warranties, including warranties of durability or fitness for a specific purpose.

SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USES 
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on our intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if these terms are violated.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW 
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in the jurisdiction of our headquarters in Houston, TX.
