Are All Sales Finale?

We here at  2nd Debut take pride in the quality assurance in the products we sell and representing the condition of items as honestly as we can. When purchasing from 2nd Debut please be assured ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no matter the reasoning. As all our merchandise is on consignment no refunds or exchanges will be given. We recommend fully examining items before purchasing anything and taking photos of items after purchase to ensure items are in the same condition when being delivered by our team.

If We Negotiate or Markdown items?

Yes! We do a mixture of Negotiating and Marking Items down to help items sell when necessary. Each item is different, and no two items or situations are the same.  We aim to help our Consignors receive the most value we can for their items, while also giving our customers quality merchandise at a great price. We try our best to be fair to Our Consignors and our Loyal Customers.

What Payment Plans We Offer?

at 2nd Debut we understand money can be tight at times, we offer payment solutions for everyone's budget. We offer No Credit Check Financing through Acima Leasing (Application Link) with only a 45$ application fee to get started. We also offer a Layaway program with different down payments at different price points. Contact the Store for more information related to payment plans.

If we ship, or deliver?

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to ship items out of state just yet. However, for customers in the greater Houston Area and Surrounding area codes, we offer our In-House Delivery Service for a fee, depending on Location of Delivery and Amount of items. We strive to have an affordable In-house delivery service with reasonable pricing. Our Delivery team will carefully and expertly deliver your furniture on time and with a smile!

Picking up Furniture and how long do customers have to pick up items?

For Customers who prefer to pick their furniture up themselves, we give them up to 14 days (about 2 weeks) to pick their merchandise up.  Due to having limited space if items are not picked up after the 14-day time frame 2nd debut has the right to charge customers a storage fee of $10 A DAY, PER ITEM.
Example: (A dining set with eight chairs is nine total items and would be 90$ a day or a Three-piece sectional would be 30$ a day) Storage fee is not applied to all cases, every situation is different. Please communicate with the store and we will do our best to help!
