How Do I get started with the process and how does it work? Here at 2^nd Debut, we try to make it as easy as possible for our consignors. All you need to do to get started is to email us photos of your furniture and other items you’d like to consign in their current condition to Sales@2nddebutfurniture.com. Please send honest photos to ensure that no one’s time or effort is wasted.  The store will review your items and email you back with what we can and cannot take in, after an item approval has been sent, please call the store and we will discuss the pickup fee and arrange a time for your items to be picked up, or dropped off if a customer chooses to do so.  WE DO NOT TAKE IN DROP OFFS ON SUNDAYS OR MONDAYS. Once Items are in the store, we will look over, list, evaluate, research, price and merchandise your items as efficiently as possible. Prices depend on an item’s condition, style, brand name, resale value and individual uniqueness. Items are priced so that they sell within the consignment timeframe and for as much as possible, it is in The Store’s and our Customer’s best interest. The store does have final say so of prices, customers are more than welcome to give their input or any additional information to help price their items. We do post items to our online inventory and post to our socials on Instagram and Facebook, as well as advertise in our local Kroger. The store does negotiate with potential buyers and will mark down prices when needed to help items sell. 2^nd debut aims to get the most value out of every item for our consignors while being fair and reasonably priced. We pay consignors with a check on the 15^th of every month for items that have sold in the previous month.  We give consignors a website where they can check the prices and status of their items at any time. Consignors are responsible for picking up their items once the consignment period ends or they will become property of 2^nd debut furniture resale and or be donated. Dates are listed on the consignor’s contract.
